This week for HIIT the workouts were push ups and star jumps. Our warm ups were to play a game with a partner called Whano Whano. We did each workout for 2 rounds, each round had 3 repetitions. Unfortunately, we didn't get everybody into red but everyone still worked very hard to do so.

ReplyDeleteHi Tiava HIIT looks like hard work and I've heard you guys have been doing amazing at it. I like that you can lose weight and stay active by doing this activity. Amazing work and I know I wouldn't last a week at it. Keep up the good work and make sure to update your blog every week. :)
