In this activity I read a poem called In Flanders Fields. It was about the war and the soldiers who fought for our safety. I found the poem very interesting and captive. This poem made me feel happy and appreciative for the freedom and rights we have now because of the soldiers who fought for our country.
Mālō e lelei Tiava,
ReplyDeleteI agree with you, I found this poem very captivating. When I read this poem it also make me feel proud, thankful and a bit sad as well because so many of these brave men lost their lives fighting to secure our freedom.
You did well here, I liked that you used strong descriptive words such as captivating and appreciative to express your feelings.
Keep up the good work!

Hi Tiava,
ReplyDeleteThe poem in Flanders Fields is an amazing poem about how all those soldiers died and passed on the "torch" or the responsibility to fight on and beat the enemy.
Great job
Hello Tiava
ReplyDeleteWell done on completing this summer learning journey activity. I totally agree with you, the poem is very nice. I felt sorry though, for the soldiers that lost their lives in the war. Keep up the awesome work.
